- DESCRIPTION
Get your Fender Custom Shop Guitar from Humbucker Music, an authorized Fender Showcase Dealer with over 100 Fender Custom Shop guitars for sale at all times
Leo Fender changed the world of music forever in 1951 by introducing the first-ever mass-produced solidbody electric guitar. The Broadcaster was originally going to be the name, but Gretsch already had a drum set called the Broadkaster. Leo snipped the word "Broadcaster" off the headstock decal and shipped his nameless guitars out. Since the guitars had no model name, everyone jokingly called it the "Nocaster". Naturally, the Nocaster has become highly collectible over the years. Here's a chance to pick up an authentic Fender Nocaster that's been painstakingly recreated by one of the finest shops in the world.
A Fender Custom Shop instrument is extraordinary. You know it when you play one; it’s definitely more than the sum of its parts. It’s filled with intangible, electrifying elements that add a new dimension to your playing experience. It’s as if the instrument itself is imbued with history, alive with the spirit of the place where it was built and the devotion of those who crafted it.
The included grease bucket circuit is a design in which they have a cap and resister added to each pot. The purpose of the resistor is to lower the load and make the pickups more powerful but still maintain a ground so that some highs still bleed through to ground, by doing that you keep the sound from being to bright. Very useful!
