Tungsten Crema Wheat Amp - Cream
- DESCRIPTION
The Tungsten Crema Wheat is based on the "Tweed Deluxe" circuit with some modifications to the design. It's not EXACTLY a Fender Tweed Deluxe clone, but rather a unique circuit that melds some of the better lower wattage circuits of the era into one amp.
The Crema Wheat has a substantial amount of clean headroom just by backing off the pick attack. However, it has no problem breaking up when needed and is plenty loud enough to cut through the mix in live situations.
There are two channels, NORMAL and BRIGHT, and each has a low and high input. The BRIGHT channel give you a bit more highs, as well as a touch more low end.
If you haven't done so already, you definitely should check out the Greg V Demos by selecting the "VIDEOS" tab above. They do a very good job of showing how diverse this amp can be.
